When you attempt to view a livestream, the loading icon is displayed but the livestream never loads.
Cause 1: Poor network environment
Before watching Feishu livestreams, we recommend you refer to Test your internet connection and audio/video devices. If your network environment is poor (for example, low bandwidth, slow speed, or high latency), this can cause livestreams to load slowly or fail to load at all.
Solution:
Try switching your network type (internal network, external network, 4G, or Wi-Fi) or refresh or close and re-open the page.
Cause 2: Livestream host device or up streaming software fault
When third-party software (such as OBS, commonly used up streaming software) is used for up streaming, if the host's device performance is poor or the up streaming software throws an exception such as a software crash or CPU overload, data stream will go wrong and the livestream will fail to load.
Note: For the necessary performance specifications of host devices, see Device requirements for smooth HD audio/video meetings.
Solution:
The host should use a different device or upgrade the up streaming software.
Cause 3: Up streaming address change
When the host uses third-party up streaming software and the up streaming address changes but the new address is not promptly configured in the software, the livestream viewing page will show the loading icon without loading the livestream.
Solution:
The host should check that the up streaming address is correct (if using OBS, check that the correct address is configured in the OBS app) and generate a new up streaming address to start the livestream again.
