Unstable or delayed notifications
If you are experiencing a delay in receiving new message notifications, it could be because your device is switched off, disconnected, or has a poor network connection. 1. Switch on Status bar notifications.
  1. Tap Go to settings next to Turn off battery optimization to turn off battery optimization.

If you didn't download Feishu from the official Feishu website, you may encounter issues with receiving new message notifications. If this is the case, contact your administrator to reconfigure the app's settings. If the problem persists, please contact Support.
Note: For a better notification experience, it is suggested that you upgrade Feishu to the latest version.
